  Great value, safe and quiet, feels like home

  Liked: Nice quiet and safe location, close to restaurants and grocery stores, a beautiful promenade, cave and beach. The host was very welcoming and friendly, it means a lot to show up to handle the keys for the check in, you get to know the owner and that’s way better than some given instructions on an email. The apartment has partial sea view, which is a plus, and I don’t recall reading that in the add (I could be wrong). On top of that, it looks even better than what the photos show, and here goes my positive feedback, to improve the photos, they look dark and don’t t show the sea view, that would be a great upgrade. The apartment has everything you need so as not to worry and enjoy your vacation. We re Ted a car but there’s a bus stop on the corner that takes you downtown (5km) or you can chose walking, it’s worth it.

  Liked: Comfortable, nice and fully equipped apartment. Very good localization for exploring Funchal and Madeira Island. Very close to the sea, many restaurants nearby, shopping centre just few minutes walk away. Next to bus stop if required to get to Funchal centre (nice walk by the sea around 45min). Friendly host. We have a great time there with family. Highly recommend
