  Decent for a short stay

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. The location was also very convenient. The breakfast was also satisfactory and the employees very welcoming and helpful.

Disliked: The room was too small and made movement for 2 people uncomfortable. The power plugs were uncomfortably located. The bathroom was not well isolated from the rest of the room and moreover, there was no window or some kind of active air replacement mechanism in the bathroom, even though humidity seemed to be removed somehow.

Liked: I booked it for my parents. They visit madeira often. They liked the hotel. It apparently was very comfortable but just a s bit small. Although the location was great. No parking available.

Great location, staff and breakfast but old bad electronic key system!!

Liked: Location and staff plus very good breakfast selection

Disliked: Room key system. Three day stay and every day the system failed and we had to get our keys reset. Come on management get a grip and sort this out - investment required!!
