  A good stay

  Liked: Daily cleaning, always clean and tidy. Fresh towels were provided, and the staff were polite. Great location.

  Disliked: A lot of water builds up on the bathroom floor when you shower, as the drain is quite small.

  Nice stay, would rent again if I ever visit Madeira for a second time

  Liked: *Everything is within walking distance *Daily housekeeping *Great if you only need a bed to sleep and are gone hiking all day *Supports self check-in for midnight arrivals *Take action against loud guests, halfway the stay someone arrived that kept shouting for hours on end in the night. So loud the neighbour started screaming at her through his window. Didn't shout any day after. *Personal shower and toilet

  Disliked: *Low insulation against sound and the creaking of the floor boards. Definitely bring earplugs like I did. Slept well overall except for one day.

  A good clean budget accommodation in a near perfect location, I would recommend

  Liked: The information regarding how to get to the hotel was great and the bus from the airport was very easy. The place is within easy walking distance to the marina, bars, shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were both clean with fresh towels and sheets. The kitchen area is a bonus with a fridge to store any food and tea/coffee available.

  Disliked: The mattress and pillows were not the best and could do with upgrading. Although the shower was clean and had adequate water power it would benefit from a new larger shower head to give a better shower experience. The hotel 'forgot' to send me information on the day of how to enter the property.

  Very good position, helpful staff but scent in the bathroom and loud pipes at night

  Liked: It’s in a very good position, close to market if you need to buy stuff. The place it’s very clean, they do room service every day. You can find free parking pretty close by. The staff is very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: There is a very hard mold scent in the bathroom. You can hear the water flowing through the pipes which can be pretty disturbing at night.

  Great value for money

  Liked: Good functional space, excellent value for money, super clean and friendly

  Disliked: The kitchen could've had a few extra features e.g. microwave, bed was quite hard and uncomfortable and bedrooms would have really benefitted from AC
