  INCONSISTENT

  Liked: Location and the rooms are quite good but not good enough to match the price

  Disliked: The reception staff were rude, lacking transparency and check me in late evening after arriving there 5 hours earlier. Yes i was too early for check in but they ssid it ‘Want be long’ which was a complete lie. I was a hour kate checking in and the maid was still cleaning my room when i got there. No even an apology.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Liked: Everything was amazing. I am super sensitive to cleanliness and travel a lot. This was the first time ever couldn’t find a single issue or even a tiny stain. Everything was super clean. Staff were so professional and friendly, breakfast restaurant was very clean, great atmosphere and amazing view. The food was excellent. Everything about our stay in this hotel was 10/10.

  Best hotel in Funchal

  Liked: Absolutely fabulous, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Over the road from restaurants Bus stop just outside no 1 or 2 20 minutes into Funchal Just a little let down,you have to pay for your room safe And there is charge to change your pool town Definitely come again
