  Liked: Excellent staff, minor issues with room sorted quickly. First class check in. Nice location, plenty of restaurants within one minutes walk

  Disliked: Local traffic noise all day, noisy in evening, but quiet at night. Poor wine list in hotel restaurant.

  Arriving at the hotel, and seeing it on the edge of the bay was a lovely greeting. The staff couldn’t do enough for you

  Liked: Our room was lovely. Shower a good size, balcony very nice. A treat to hear the waves at night whilst going to sleep. The staff were wonderful - going above and beyond for you.

  A mixed bag - lovely staff but cheap management

  Liked: The staff were lovely. Helpful and attentive. Dinner was excellent, a good menu and well prepared food. The facilities were clean and well organised.

  Disliked: The air conditioning was sporadic at best and the ventilation only worked on one occasion. The alley at the rear of the property is noisy into the small hours. This left us juggling the street noise and suffocation. Breakfast was substandard. Shortages of basic items such as scrambled egg and croissants and cheap ingredients such as synthetic bacon and factory chipolatas.

  Absolutely disappointed in the pitiful upkeep of this property

  Liked: The view was ok.

  Disliked: This hotel was extremely disappointing from the get go. I’m truly flabbergasted the hotel has such high reviews online after seeing the condition of the property in person. Multiple very visible and gross stains on the carpet leading to our room — unacceptable for a 4 star property. The walls in reception and the hallway were damaged in multiple places, as well as dirty and scuffed. The room itself was decently clean at first inspection, but the bathroom was very musty / moldy smelling with multiple mildew stains in the shower & toilet area. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but immediately asked to check out early and get a refund. We were offered a half refund - we took it because staying here would have ruined our vacation. Not happy to have had to pay for 2 nights here when we only stayed one. Would never go back nor recommend to anyone.
