  Liked: excellent location, good concept

  Disliked: lack of air conditioning in the room and poor quality of the dinner (we went out elsewhere for dinner)

  Wonderful holiday

  Liked: Hotel was very clean and well looked after. All the staff were friendly and polite. Food was varied and plentiful with lots to choose from. Room was spacious with lovely view from the balcony and comfortable bed. Good to have the shuttle bus to get into Funchal.

  Liked: A lovely slice of paradise Arrived Jet 2 holiday..jet2 rep no where to be found visits on s Tues we arrived fri whats app and on line does not have same effect..other companies have a rep there. The hotel is in a cove off beaten track The staff are incredible human beings who love their jobs and are so kind fun helpful and a credit to the hotel..shes a bit tired a bit dated but we loved her.the inclusive buffet was great plenty to eat and drink.sunbed police need to work a bit harder towels put out at 8 am and they came out at midday we watched on purpose this is not fair to guests not getting a bed..pool rules? No ball games..closing time of pool etc kids jumping in unattended in the eve? The breakfast song made my holiday so cute.. It would be 5 star but the lack of air conditioning in the room makes it unbearably hot the ceiling fan isnt enough..ac each room then its 5 star. The picnic lunch for our tours was appreciated..we loved it snd the island Thank Karen and Clare 128 xx

  Great time and fantastic location!

  Liked: Great time here! The location is incredible, as is the friendliness of the staff, especially Eva and Diogo, the entertainment team. They are fantastic, full of energy, and absolutely amazing with the kids. They create a fun and positive atmosphere and really make a difference to the experience. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

  Summer holiday Madeira
