  Liked: Location and the helpful staff

  Disliked: Found hairs (not the normal hairs…) near the toilet, hairs inside the bathtub, 4 pillows and all of them were hard so I slept without and woke up with a neck pain..

  Thunderous noise

  Disliked: Extreme noise. The breakfast area is on the fourth floor. if you sleep on the third floor it is so very loud. the chairs moving, pounding, the people talking. the doors of the rooms slam shut, you can not close them softly. so you hear all your neighbours entering and exiting with a bang. there were also works in the building next door, loud construction work. not really a problem because you are already awake because of the breakfast.
