  Good stay

Liked: It is very clean and a comfortable bed. Also has lift. Is very central in funchal for shopping. Has air con.

Disliked: Room a little too small for 2 people..ok for a couple of nights. Problems with ID as we got there after reception closed. Room next to the lift.

Very good accommodation in a great location for central Funchal, local amenities and activities

Liked: Great location for all the amenities in central Funchal including shops, restaurants, transport and tours etc. The room and accommodation were smart and modern, very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation for a stay in Funchal.

Disliked: We had booked this accommodation with breakfast which they were unable to provide. Obtaining a refund was an awkward process and required multiple requests, When a refund was eventually provided, it was well below the cost of alternative breakfast provision. The street outside our room was a bit noisy at times, particularly when the refuse collections were happening.

  Really friendly hosts!

Liked: The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding from the very beginning. Our flight was cancelled due to the strong wind gusts at Funchal Airport, a fairly common occurrence if you’re planning a trip to Madeira. We contacted the hosts to reschedule our stay, and they were extremely understanding, accommodating, and kind throughout the whole process. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well located, and the breakfast was also great. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place without hesitation!
