Liked: It was clean, great location near parking lot and shopping center, as well as walking distance to main areas in city. Was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed for my base during a solo week in Madeira. I really liked the seamless no fuss check in and check out system.

Disliked: The bed was a little hard for me personally and the bedding could have been slightly better quality. Other than that everything was great.

  Great Funchal stay

Liked: It was great! The location is absolutely amazing. The bed very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. I also enjoyed the easy and good communication with the hosts. There is a laundry room available with two washers and dryers.

Nice pleasant and relaxing. Great owners, I will stay at happiness lodge again

Liked: It was nice and private, the apartment was clean.

Disliked: Only thing I will ask the owner is to have a pod or two more of coffee. This is me being picky, everything was there and it was all good to go.

Liked: The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the host was quick to respond to my problems. The wifi in the room is powerful and the location of the apartment is excellent. There is a shopping mall just five minutes on foot from the apartment block. A supermarket and some good restaurants are nearby. Overall it is a good experience.

Disliked: 1) Perhaps washing detergent could be provided. 2) The cloth rack is too small for a room which is supposed to accommodate like five people. 3) The light of the lobby on the ground floor and the 3/F were not working at all. It made me feel a little scared returning to the apartment after dark.
