  Liked: The property is beautifully situated right next to the port and overlooking the ocean.There are plenty of shops nearby and bus stops are close by. Ligia was very helpful. I didn't have a beach towel and asked for one. Within 15 minutes, she was at my place with a towel. The welcome gift of Madeira wine and bananas was also lovely. I highly recommend this place.

  Disliked: Może przydałaby się działająca lampa do czytania przy łóżku. Na kwaterze były aż trzy, ale niestety nie działały.There are plenty of shops nearby and bus stops are close by.   good choice in the city center of Funchal

  Liked: very good location if you want to stay in Funchal city-center, parking right under the building included is very usefull

  Disliked: some ventilation system is missing, even possibility to leave the window partly open would be enough

  Amazing location, but the apartment needs better maintenance and cleanliness

  Liked: The location was perfect and very convenient for everything we wanted to do.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the apartment didn’t feel clean enough overall. Only the bedsheets felt fresh, while many surfaces and furniture looked quite worn. We even kept our slippers on inside because the floor didn’t feel clean. The kitchen sink was loose, there was no oven, the sofa was breaking, and there was visible mold in the bathroom grout.
