Fabulous
Liked: It was comfortable and clean. Host was responsive.
Disliked: We would score it higher but there was a drain issue (out of the hosts control) but the smell really put a dampener on this lovely apartment.
Liked: Location in Furnas was great, shops and cafes within 2 min walk. Terra nostra park just around the corner. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to cook as well as a washer dryer for laundry. The host was very responsive.
Disliked: The mattress was too soft to our liking.

Liked: Good location, quite central
Disliked: The shower was a carastrophe, no warm water when we arrived and it took over one hour to hear the boiler up… water pressure was like zero… kind of bothering when ur hiking all day and looking forward to a nice shower after a long day…
Liked: The location was great, the apartment was large and clean, the host was kind and responsive.
Disliked: There wasn't cooking oil, so we had to buy the whole bottle.
Great apartment with low ceiling loft
Liked: Clean, nicely decorated, well furnished, nice towels, quiet, good beds, great location.
Disliked: The large bed and futon are in a loft with a very low ceiling. I am 5'6" and I could not stand up. The bed is great and it's quiet but I had to use the downstairs bedroom for dressing etc. I think this is very important for people booking the apartment to know.
