Fabulous
Magical secret garden cottage perfectly located walking distance to all the Furnas attractions
Liked: The kitchen and dining room table made my family immediately feel at home. The pops of red were so cute. The spiraling stairs were so fun and made the home feel quaint, cozy and storybook really. The water running along side the house and the swing in the backyard were pure magic. It was nice to eat at home as a family. We also loved that we could do laundry too.
Disliked: The plumbing can’t really be helped due to the age of the home so I don’t blame anyone but one does have to throw tissue into trash and not flush tp down and even still ya have to flush multiple times. I also wish the laundry key and location were in the welcome packet as it took us a few hours to realize the home does indeed have a laundry room. We were so relieved once we discovered its existence. Also check out instructions would be helpful, I only received check in instructions.

Liked: It is a fairy-tale house — beautiful and comfortable, with a dreamy garden. We stayed there with kids, who had their own bedroom, plenty of space to play, some toys, and a swing in the garden. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was super helpful when traveling with children. The barbecue area was perfect, and we highly recommend the meat shop in Furnas! One of our favourite things was that the Glória Patri spring is just 2 minutes away — we walked there all the time to refill our water bottles. Everyone we met was incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly. This house will always stay in my heart!

Liked: A very cool house in a very picturesque town. We’ve got a lovely welcoming gift - a bottle of wine and local rolls.
Amazing
Liked: Wonderful host left everything in the house that you might need like oil, salt, peper, te bags, coffee etc. Plus left a delicious bottle of red wine for us. Delightful! Thank you! The house is literally an old water will. So lovely!
