  Stylish boutique hotel in the countryside

  Liked: Very stylish modern villa, well-equipped with appliances, plenty of space Plenty of privacy, set in a beautiful cork oak plantation complimentary bottle of wine staff were able to lend a baby-chair for dinner from the restaurant (although I think they may have gotten into trouble as they wouldn't re-lend it for the subsequent breakfast)

  Good, but needs improvement

  Liked: Great potencial villa, very nicely designed, but it severely needs maintenance. Pool was great, very silent surroundings. Cleaning staff were nice.

  Disliked: The floor was all damaged, walking inside is a tripping hazard. It also needs a general deep cleaning, for ex. curtains were smelling. At the check-in the receptionist was more busy to have fun with the colleagues than to take care of us.

  The pool is heaven

  Liked: Loved the location, and the pool! Amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was great. Also enjoyed the food and bubbles by the pool.

  Disliked: Asked for a kettle and mugs to make tea in the room, but realised there was no milk, teaspoons etc. The menu was fairly limited, with only burgers and salads, but we did really enjoy what we ordered. The toilet is not private at all - not ideal. But still... All in all, a fantastic stay.

  Liked: My reservation was cancelled by you on the morning of check-in due to what you described as an “error.” I was given no prior warning, no alternative accommodation, and no option to upgrade or pay the difference for another available room. I was simply told that the reservation had been cancelled and offered an apology. This was a confirmed reservation, and cancelling it on the morning of arrival left me with no reasonable opportunity to reorganise my plans. I find the way this situation was handled completely unacceptable. An apology alone is not an adequate response when your error resulted in the cancellation of my trip.
