Exceptional
Comfortable apartment with nice location and great host
Liked: The host was always reachable via WhatsApp, so the communication was top. Another great Amenity is the AC. The location was also perfect. Right on the marina, most things in Horta were reachable by foot and parking was on the street right in front of the apartment. Not once did we have a problem finding a parking spot. Extra plus: the view of Pico
Disliked: The toilet seat had a yellow (presumably urin) stain on the front inside.
We had a lovely stay in Horta. As the apartment is at the bay,it was the perfect location
Liked: Location was great! Airco very welcome, big bathroom and shower, we could get in the apartment before official check in time
Disliked: Poor view as we were at the back. A bit dark
Great location to enjoy Horta and Faial!
Liked: Great location to enjoy Faial!
Disliked: All curtains in bad shape! We arrived the island early morning and asked at what time the room was available? The answer was at 09:30, we waited 3 hours with a kid and all our luggage at the street till 12:30 without any feedback! The kitchen is poorly equipped!
Great
Liked: Nice view over pico volcano in the room, big well-facilitated room, location near central Horta
Liked: Easy early check in
Liked: View, cleanliness, comfort
