Fabulous

Liked: A really nice apartment, adequately equipped, comfortable and clean and in a good location.

Spacious and clean property
Liked: A welcoming basket with fruits and a bottle of water was a very nice touch. AC in the facility was really important and appreciated. Parking on site was helpful

Feels like it has seen better days
Liked: Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, convenient parking, helpful staff.
Disliked: It could be a great place if it were better maintained. Everything is starting to fall apart a little and feels like it has seen better days. The sink plugs don’t work, some drains are clogged or drain very slowly, the safe has a dead battery, the Wi-Fi only works in half of the apartment, the windows can’t be properly secured, etc. These days, I’d also consider a dishwasher in the kitchenette (which is missing) more important than having three TVs or an oven. Overall, the place could really use a refresh.
Good base for exploring the islands
Liked: Great apartment set across 2 floors with balcony looking out over the town. Clean and comfortable base with easy walk in to town. Helpful staff.
Great staff and stunning views!!
Liked: Great apartment, location and fantastic staff. The view of Pico from the balcony is stunning!! Travelled with our baby and staff provided a baby bath and crib. Elevators make the building accessible (great for stroller). The housekeeper Jennifer was incredibly kind and was very attentive to anything we needed. She was wonderful and we are so appreciative for her hospitality and the service she provided. Reception was open 08:00-22:00 which was nice.
Disliked: The apartment has dim lighting so it is a bit dark inside. It is an older building and there was evidence of water damage to the corner ceiling, but no major issues.
