Exceptional
We were very happy with it overall
Liked: We all loved the location. The first floor was nice and cool for AC. My grandson loved that there was you tube available. We had family visit and there was plenty of room to entertain. We loved how everything was fenced in as we have an autistic non verbal grandson.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning upstairs and it was very warm up there. We did buy a fan for one of the upstairs rooms and left it for other guests to use. The stove was confusing for us, the owner did come over and explain it to us, which we appreciated.
Liked: The property was spacious. The facilities were adequate for our needs. The agents were excellent and we were able to stay extra days. When there was a problem it was dealt with right away. Close to supermarket.
Disliked: The bed downstairs was very noisy and not very comfortable.
Liked: Nice place, nice house for a very fair price. Not the best overall, but for sure it is for the money it cost us. Not fresh, but good enough.
Disliked: There was a very huge insect in the kitchen. It departed on a long journey through the toilet and didn't bother us again.
Fantastic Rental property only a short walk away from the harbour
Liked: Very clean and comfortable rental only a short walk from the Maritime area and large Continente supermarket. The property is modern, spacious and airy with a cute enclosed balcony, Sea view and all the facilities you could wish for. Host Tiago is vey helpful and responsive. We only stayed a couple of nights but would happily have stayed for an extended period of time. Highly resommemded

We truly enjoyed our time at House 7 and Tiago as host!
Liked: My family loved our time at House 7. The home was spacious for the 5 us and Tiago was a great host! I had asked for a baby highchair and bed and they were supplied and set up upon arrival. The home had all the amenities needed for our 2.5 week stay in Faial. Parking in front of the home was always available. With House 7 being close but not in the city of Horta, we had all of Horta's amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc), but without the noise and traffic of being directly in the city. I loved being able to walk out the front door and being able to see Pico mountain. Whenever we had questions, Tiago could be reached and on 2 occasions when we had issues rise up, Tiago and his team were quick to resolve them. Tiago even gave a little gift to my baby daughter who celebrated her 1st birthday there. To finalize, we all really enjoyed our time at House 7. Tiago is a great host, and the home feels like a home and not a generic short-term rental like so many tourist rentals.
Disliked: Kitchen dining area was a little tight but functional.
