Fabulous
Disliked: They charge a 20 euro fee for checking in after 10 pm when they know the ferry from Pico arrives at 9:40. They did agree to waive the charge but that fee in light of the ferry schedule was surprising. The bathroom was not good.

Liked: We had a truly wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is superb, close to many attractions and restaurants. Despite booking at the very last minute due to poor conditions at our previous accommodation, we were welcomed with exceptional kindness, professionalism and care. The service was outstanding, and we felt genuinely well looked after. Highly recommended!
