  Might go back..desperately needs refurbing

  Excellent hotel. Small finishing touches. Worth visiting

  Liked: Nice installations. Apartments are very large and well equipped. Nice Pool.

  Disliked: The diver buffet was a little bit short to be 5 stars. There was 1 lie cook with some peaces o fish/meat. We consider (for the price you pay per day) that the diner should be more exclusive. Having Halfboard we understand that the wine is not included, but they also charge the coffee. This is really not done at a 5 star hotel.

  Excellent location with great staff

  Liked: Overall location is great and corresponds to the picture on the website. Both the pool as also the more secluded beach in the front are great to relax and spend some quality time. While pricy excellent food options, specially the Italian restaurant. Great parking option

  Disliked: Some of the infrastructure needs some touch up and fixing.

  Liked: The staff and service are incredible. The hotel is well staffed so you don't feel you have to wait for someone to help you with anything (e.g. take your order). The main pool is great too and looks very pleasing! There also seemed to be enough beds around for anyone to get a good spot. There is also a very good gym for a hotel. You can definitely get a good workout in with the equipment that is present.

  Disliked: The venue is great but some additional investments would be welcome in the next year or two. Some things start looking a bit worn. E.g. the deck at the secondary pool. Closet/cabinet doors. Numbering on the cable machine in the gym. A nice bench press (or squat rack) would be a welcome addition to the gym too. The current setup that holds the bar is not very practical for a bench press. Of course, one could use the smith machine. I wasn't able to connect the TV to Netflix or another streaming service. These are all very nitpicking on my side. Overall very good experience.
