Fabulous
Convenient location and good value for money
Liked: They let us check in a little bit before the time as the room was ready, which was amazing. We also got some free drink vouchers that were much appreciated. Very convenient location super close to the shopping mall, and the train and buses. A/C was working well.
Disliked: Low water pressure on the shower - it was usable but could be a bit better.
Amazing cool vibe
Liked: The clean, the staff! Big special thanks to the staff, especially to Bruna!! We were welcomed with everything we need specialy for the dog stay! And for my son birthday
Liked: Ideal for arrival by air and onward journey by bus. Great facilities, vestry comfortable
Great stay. Great location for airport
Liked: Everything. Really great stay.
Disliked: Nothing. Lost one point on staff for one member of staff who couldn’t be bothered with a request for some more decaf coffee pods for our room, as she said room service had gone home. Surprising, as the staff there are otherwise absolutely excellent.
Overnight stay …nice vibe about the hotel
Liked: Stayed here lots of times…it’s consistent and staff always good
Disliked: All services are a good standard
Will not come again
Liked: Location
Disliked: The towels are terrible. Very old and not white
