Very much enjoyed our stay. Ana, at the front desk, was delightful and very helpful

Liked: Room, breakfast, staff, location, style, history

Disliked: Sound proofing between rooms. We heard our upstairs neighbors talking, moving chairs, walking. Kept us awake.

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location to explore the city

Liked: We were transferred to a large suite on our 2nd and 3rd nights which was excellent. The breakfast covered all tastes and with the live music in the background was a great meal. The whole building was regal.

Disliked: The first room we were given was very small and ridiculously overpriced for what it was. Thankfully the staff accepted our complaint and moved us for our last 2 nights.

    Wonderful stay in Lisbon!

Liked: We had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a mini tour, and helped plan our walk around Lisbon. The breakfast was excellent, and the live music made it even more special!

Disliked: The only minor downside was the small elevator, but that's understandable in a historic building.

We loved this hotel and would gladly come back

Liked: This hotel is a lovely historical landmark with a great location in Lisbon's Chiado district. We loved the old world charm, the friendly staff, and all the many amenities that the hotel provided. Our room was on the top floor and had spectacular views of the Lisbon bay.

Disliked: We thought the bathroom in our room was a bit odd, but that is because we had the top room, which was not well-suited for a proper bathroom. The shower was placed outside the bathroom in view of the remainder of the room, and while we personally had no reservations about privacy, we feel it could have been better thought out. However, this was a minor concern for us and did not adversely impact our stay.
