  In the r egg bd perfect.. staff lovely guest house owners wi Sergio people ❤️🎉💃🙏

  Liked: Beautifully presented but the builders were in when I arrived at 5pm! Spoke with Miguel the manager he and his wife apologised profusely offered us the best room in their other hotel, it’s called the Hotel Eden we declined as we were happy with our room as the views from our balcony are magical! Bussacco Mountain View’s! Perfect 👌 🙏❤️

  Disliked: Builders working till 6pm and a little dusty which is normal when work is being done! I think it’s the time as off season so ok but too noisy in the afternoon as tired when we arrived.

  Good location, close to Bucaco Forest and the Thermal Spa

  Liked: Breakfast was served 08.00am to 10.30, it was great and a very nice lady ensured everything was refilled.

  Disliked: I arrived at the hotel around 1415hrs, however, despite having a confirmation that I can check in between 1400hrs-1500hrs, no one was available I tried calling the hotel contacts at the reception but I only managed to check in after1530hrs after calling the second time. The owner Sandra was kind and apologized for this inconvenience. After heading to the room, I could hardly rest as there was construction in the next building with loud hammering and drilling.

  We loved the location but the bed was very small and uncomfortable so did not sleep very well

  Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and daily fresh hotels with room turned.

  Disliked: At times the shower hook upwards of three minutes or longer to warm up. The breakfast choice was limited.
