Liked: A wonderful small hotel with excellent service. Comfortable and well-located. It has an intimate feel, with only eight rooms. The rooms are spacious, featuring large bathrooms and big beds. Breakfast offers a selection of high-quality products: cheeses (I forgot to ask the name of one I absolutely loved!), cold cuts, and fresh bread. You can also order eggs prepared to your liking or avocado toast. The coffee is excellent, too. Additionally, throughout your stay, you can enjoy complimentary port wine paired with pastéis de nata. There is a common room where you can listen to music, including vinyl records. In my opinion, this hotel has almost no flaws except for the one mentioned below.

Disliked: I am a very light sleeper. That is why we chose a room facing the garden rather than the street. Overall, it was very quiet and peaceful. The only issue was the airplanes, as the flight path passes directly over the hotel. In the summer, having the window open makes the noise bothersome. You only get a few hours of respite at night when the airport is closed. So, a note to light sleepers: bring earplugs. Everyone else should simply enjoy the wonderful features I mentioned earlier.

Liked: This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The environment was cozy, classy, and comfortable. I especially loved the rooftop patio. The breakfast was outstanding and my room was divine. I enjoyed riding the hotel bike around the beach town. I also loved the pizza place next door. The location was perfect. I was completely blown away and didn't expect it to be as wonderful as it was. It exceeded my expectations.

    Fantabulous!

Liked: This is a bijou find you will congratulate yourself for having booked. The location in beautiful Foz, the thoughtful design, the rich, delicious breakfast - one can tell a person with great taste runs the place. Beds are large, comfortable and spotless, the beautiful bathrooms have good quality toiletries, there is great wine to be purchased, bikes to borrow, a great pizzeria operates in the same building. Staff is extremely nice. We even got breakfast packages as we left very early. Use the recommendations on their website! 12/10 would book again.
