Exceptional
Liked: Room was lovely. I think the towels should be replaced every other day. We only had 2 bath towels and 2 hands for the 4 night 5 days we were there. Maybe change the beds every of couple of days, because the weather was so hot, changing the sheets would be a good Idea. May I also say. The help and guidance we received from messaging your app on Booking.Com was beyond helpful. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and we will certainly be coming back ❤️
Disliked: There were a couple of lights out in the hallway and I think you should definitely think about putting a hand rail all the way down one side of the stairs case. Felt a bit unstable carrying suitcases down, especially were the stairs narrow half way.
Liked: The location was amazing, right next to a large supermarket. Even though there was no reception, the host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They let us check in early and, when the hair dryer stopped working, they replaced it within five minutes. Excellent hospitality and great service!

Clean and modern with some much appreciated extras
Liked: Clean and good location. Comfy bed and there was even an electric jug with some milk! Very modern bathroom. Keyless entry.
Disliked: 4pm check in was too late for a Camino walker.

Disliked: Messaging was confusing, all the notifications for add ons were getting in the way of the important information about the access to the room. I was outside the accommodation at 11.45 trying to get access, it was confusing. Eventually it was sorted, but could of done without the hassle and confusing ads
