Fabulous
Location and cleanes in a
Liked: Most of everything I liked about the location. Very close to the beach and local shops. The bed mattress was fantastic. Door code was the great solution as you don't have to worry about the key.
Disliked: We decided to book this apartment after reading many positive reviews about the cleanliness of the studio, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom—and the shower enclosure in particular—was very dirty; I have photos to show the extent of the grime. The liquid soap holder above the sink was broken off. The bottles themselves weren't clean either; they were stained orange from residue. Another issue was the clothes rack, which collapsed at the base as soon as it was touched. I tried reporting these defects via chat, but no one got back to us. The extra pillows provided were unusable; the filling had clumped into hard lumps. I have photos of these as well, including a shot of a yellow stain on one of the pillows. Regarding the kitchen, I must admit it was well-equipped for guests, though the cutting board was warped from burn marks. I also expected a new dish sponge rather than a used one. Furthermore, I believe that when someone pays for an 11-night stay—as we did—they should at least have the means to sweep the floor; unfortunately, there was no broom or vacuum cleaner available. Interestingly, there was an ironing board. All in all, I feel we overpaid for the stay and cannot leave positive feedback.
Not bad apartment in common, but never again
Liked: Near the beach
Disliked: Staff is responding very quickly and politely, but absolutely unhelpfully. Welcome bottle of water was already opened and refilled, so it smelled awful. We had only one frying pan, no pots at all. Elevator was never working.
Liked: Appartment was cozy and clean, location excellent, even found free parking downstairs every night.
Disliked: Elevator did not work, hard to bring suitcases upstairs for a pregnant woman with two children.
Liked: A really great location if you wanna live close to the beach! I experienced some technical issues during the registration process, but they were solved within 24 hours.
Liked: Spacious and comfortable apartment that can easily accomodate up to 3-4 people. Public transport and good coffee is just a minute walk away. Washing machine is downstairs, just make sure you have some coins to activate the machine.
Disliked: What you need to take into consideration if you are taller - shower is in a angled placement and could be uncomfortable to use if you are taller than 1.80m.
