Very good
Liked: The hotel is located only 5 min from the beach. There are some supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was quite small but very cosy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was in general good but not very diverse, still one of the best during my Portugal trip
Disliked: The closet smelled funny, maybe it needs some refurbishing. Some veggies for breakfast would be good.
Liked: The location is excellent. I was in Porto for the Porto Half Marathon, and the hotel was a walking distance from the start line. The staff was nice and supportive. They gave us special conditions for the race, including earlier breakfast time and late check-out. The room was clean and cosy.
Disliked: It's an old building, very well maintained and decorated, but the smell inside is not good, especially when you first arrive there. It's a museum-like smell, old wood and a bit of mold. I think this could be easily solved with the installation of windows in the top of the high doors in the main hall, so the air could flow freely, improving a lot the air quality. Other improvements could be installation of curtains in the ground floor rooms, to give a bit of privacy without the need of closing the windows. The bed could be better.
Beautiful Aged Statehouse, Highly Residential Area
Liked: Aged Mansion, with grace and elegance. Location ok, but neighborhood is highly residential; No large market or significant spots “not to miss…” nearby, except by the beach. Was fairly windy at the beach, but had an excellent couple appetizers and a drink watching the sunset at a near waterside bar there that had good Brazilian music.
Disliked: Opportunities: noise in room was a factor (Room #11), but it eventually settled down and was quiet for sleep. Bed was very comfortable! They could have some minor upgrades… the electric outlet in the bathroom looks broken to my simple review; I didn’t want to use it, and a few of the windows needed repair to the handles to easily open them… thankfully they had shutters, because the neighbors view (both ways…😆) was fairly direct; All in all was nice however!
Amazing accomodation by the ocean
Liked: It was an amazing experience, very stylish hotel, 3 min walk from the ocean, in one of the best areas of Porto. Tasty breakfast and super friendly personnel And around 10 min away one of the best massage Places ( Nuad Thai).
Disliked: I liked everything
Great location close to the beach
Liked: Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood and a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy early in the morning. Perhaps the building makes so much echo at the stairway.

Liked: The location was wonderful, but Irina make the difference, she was nice and help us always
Disliked: The room was too hot, but it’s important to say Magda and Irina help us with this issue, they gave us a fan.
