Exceptional
Excellent stay!
Liked: The apartment was well-appointed and equipped. We particularly loved the breakfast delivered to our door each morning. That was a treat.
Disliked: We did have some Wi-Fi issues as equipment had failed and needed to be replaced. Management was very responsive and got it fixed right away.
We got to check in early as we arrived sooner than the check in time. Communication was 5*, we got given alot of informa
Liked: We loved this apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and very comfortable, the tv had every channel you could think of. The view we had was absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: We didn’t have any problems at all about this apartment.
Quiet location with a beach,a river and beautiful Porto a bus or tram ride away
Liked: The entrance and staircase to the property was inviting. The apartment was clean, comfortable and fulfilled all our needs
Disliked: Nothing
Really lovely flat in a great area
Liked: Fabulous location and gorgeous decor.
Perfect location, perfect apartment
Liked: Fantastic location, great apartment! I could stay there a lot longer! If you want to combine city, culture, beach and high quality facilities, this is the right place for you!
The stay was really good, and the apartment suited the 4 of us for our trip
Liked: The property was quite modern and comfortable, and tidy. The contact details and information for access etc was very good. Hugo was very helpful and was available on WhatsApp. There are cafe bars etc close to the apartment, which was handy for breakfast.
Disliked: The apartment was in a decent location, but a lot further away from Ribeira and the bridge to walk over to Guia than anticipated. It was an €8 taxi ride one way which isn't to costly but soon adds up if you do the journey a few times, during your stay. On arrival there wasn't any shower Gel etc, or an iron. I messaged Hugo and the cleaner left an iron and Shampoo, but no shower Gel. Not a major issue we bought some, I would say make sure you have some products with you just in case there is a problem.
