  Confortable and quiet place in obidos

  Liked: Everything was great. Confortable beds, good and quiet location, near supermarkets and walking distance from the old town. The apartment is big, with lot of light, good ventilation and confortable. We have everything that we needed for a light dinner and breakfast. I haven’t seen a Washington machine but we didn’t need it. The owner is very helpful, and responsive. I texted him with with a few questions and he answered me very fast. Good explanations and instructions. Easy check in and check out, the key is in a lock box, and he senda you the code in advance. Very clean I would reccomend this place!!!

  Disliked: The only cons are two, but I would stay again in the property despite them. The shower. They put a watering instead of the normal shower, and we couldn’t manage to regulate the water temperature. As it accumulates water, it runs always cold for me. We had to use instead the manual shower, and because of the courtain is made of fabric instead of plastic, the bathroom ends up covered in water. Parking is tricky, we needed a few explanations from the owner. You need to park in a square, with a lamp in the middle and a little elevation, without distourbing other cars. So for me it was kind of tetris, but end up doing it!

  Liked: Interesting architecture and very spacious apartment. Perfect location, within a 10 minute walk to Obidos historical center. Luis was always very responsive and a great host.

  Disliked: The apartment was quite humid. Parking was in a very tight space and often tricky to get out when the neighboring spots were filled.

  A visually stunning and creative space that unfortunately struggles with humidity and stale air

  Liked: The apartments are incredibly creative; I’ve never seen a kitchen made of concrete before. The house itself is very interesting and has a unique, artistic character.

  Disliked: I loved the creative design and the unique concrete kitchen, which made the stay feel special. However, the air quality was poor and some rusted appliances along with noisy heaters affected the comfort. It's a great place for inspiration, but it needs better ventilation and some maintenance.

  Liked: Communication with Luis before our arrival was excellent. Access via key safe and code was straightforward. Heating (was absolutely necessary). Very spacious (3 bedrooms, large kitchen and living room). Supermarket nearby. Obidos is a 10-minute walk away.

  Disliked: When we arrived, the apartment was damp and smelled strongly of fragrance oil. We removed the scent sticks which made the situation more bearable. The decor is quirky; for our taste there was too much concrete in the kitchen and bathroom. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly unless you used the kitchen sink at the same time. The designated parking space would have been large enough for a compact car but was too small for our larger car; I hope that we did not inconvenience any neighbors.

  Disliked: The kettle didn’t work. Couldn’t operate the stove. We used the microwave instead.

  A lovely and rare experience. A cute breakfast place just up the road.Unique fittings and furnishing

  Liked: Very quaint. Very clean. A true small town feel. Very close to attractions

  Disliked: It was Ok for me, but some in the party thought that the bathroom could do with an upgrade
