  Amazing hospitality!

  Liked: Lovely room (Room 3) overlooking the river. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Location if great. Breakfast was deliscious.

  Great location and helpful staff

  Liked: The staff is friendly and helpful. Great walkable location. Stylish decorations- heavy full length curtains and super comfortable beds make for a great sleep. Delicious breakfast.

  Disliked: Only one key-keep in mind if you want to explore separate from travel mate. Can’t think of any other complaints.

  Lovely guesthouse with very helpful owners. Convenient location near the station

  Liked: Beautiful room, much nicer than you would expect in a guesthouse. Comfortable bed and good shower. Generous breakfast provided in the bakery and coffee shop below. Very convenient location near the station for trips out. Perfect stay and good value for money.

  Lovely, welcoming stay in Regua

  Liked: The room we had was well designed, nicely decorated with great attention to detail. Comfortable bed with big pillows. Kettle and coffee maker, nice bathroom, good shower. In the morning you sit at a reserved table in the busy bakery cafe and a beautifully prepared breakfast is brought to you. The bakery is surely the best in the area, you won’t go hungry! The staff are very friendly and helpful, welcoming.

  Disliked: It’s difficult to find anything negative to say. Our room fronted on to a busy main road, but the double glazing means you don’t hear much. It would not put us off booking again.

  Lovely place close to the train/bus station, restaurants, and bike rental

  Liked: We were delighted when we saw the room. It was beautifully decorated and they left us some wine and delicious cookies and a macaroon from their bakery. It felt very welcoming. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage for us until we checked-in later in the day. We rented bikes and rode to Pinhao and back and then checked in around 5 PM. We bought some goodies from the bakery for our ride (very convenient!). The breakfast the next morning was incredible with fresh breads, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. The room was close to the train station and bus station. We ate at a lovely nearby restaurant called Aneto. The bakery was very popular with the locals and very busy. Despite that, they gave us their immediate attention when we arrived. They were appreciative that we spoke a few words in Portuguese to help with communication.
