  Paradise on the Douro

  Liked: The apartment was excellent. Furniture modern, bed was really comfortable shower amazing. Kitchen utensils and appliances in abundance. Lounge top class.To top it all off the outdoor terrace provided everything could wish for to include a well built barbecue, comfortable seating, dining table and a hot tub. All with privacy screening in a natural setting. Above all the views of the Douro river and its surrounds are amazing. In conclusion I would highly recommend this accommodation to any visitor staying in this part of Portugl.

  Disliked: Having to leave after a 4 night stay. Could have lived there permanently. 😀

  Below average but staff were helpful

  Disliked: The beds were old. The phone didn’t work. The pillows were terrible. The bath/shower head was dangerous and difficult to use. No tea/coffe facilites

  A peaceful place to relax and enjoy The Douro Valley

  Liked: Situated in a quaint quiet village it’s the perfect place to relax and explore in The Douro Valley. The apartment is Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The view looking out over the river is amazing. The hosts were very kind and helpful. There was a welcome basket of treats also some very delicious wine and port for us to enjoy. Also loved soaking in the jacuzzi. Wish we had stayed longer.

  Our stay was amazing and the apartment has everything you need!!!

  Liked: The property was great! We had the best view ever!!! It was easy to get around to the wineries and the apartment was very comfortable and super clean!

  Liked: Everything, the home is very well organised, Morden decos and this was our first home where we found every utensil we need right up to the zip lock bags 😃. Fernanda was very attentive and replied to our queries promptly. She also left us with a bottle of home made port wine which was very good together with other treats. Our overall experience with her home was great including the jacuzzi which we enjoyed in the morning since it was so warm during the day.
