  A good place to relax and ride the Douro boat cruise. Unfortunately the cruise does not allow small dog in pet carrier

  Perfect overnight stay

  Liked: Very spacious, comfortable, right in the center. Nice restaurant right across the street. Coffee maker was present for the morning

  Excellent location

  Liked: Perfect location - walk to the shops, the river and all amenities. Small but comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Douro. First AL we have found that complies with AL requirements. The air-conditioning was bliss in the summer heat.

  Disliked: Could have a usb/Eu plug alongside the bed each side for phone recharging. Need to use the Map on Booking com to find as a search on Google Maps takes you 100m down the road. Look for the front gate photo I've posted with my review.

  Lovely apartment in centre of Regua

  Liked: Beautifully simple apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Good sized lounge dining. Well equipped kitchenette. Host very responsive and good communicator

  5 nights as a base to explore Douro

  Liked: The apartment is well located, very easy to find and access, spacious and the kitchenette well equipped. Bed was really comfortable, however we did have a problem with humidity. Whether this was due to the weather prior to our visit, the lack of airflow through Apartment 2, or ongoing renovation on upper floor not really sure. Towels never dried and bedding felt damp.
