  The right place for staying in Douro

  An Unforgettable & Romantic Stay!

  Liked: ​We had an absolutely wonderful time at Quinta Casa do Quintal. The property is spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and features a gorgeous pool area that was perfect for relaxing together as a couple. ​A huge thank you to Fernando, who is truly an amazing host. He completely spoiled us throughout our stay with fresh, delicious fruits straight from his garden—fresh figs, grapes, and peaches! On top of that, his restaurant recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more special. ​We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, romantic, and welcoming spot. We can’t wait to come back!

  Great location and a comfortable stay

  Liked: Excellent location with lovely views. The host Fernando was very helpful and welcoming and the accommodation was modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

  Great place to stay, convenient to Lamego

  Liked: Great location convenient to Lamego and easy to access the property without overly steep or winding roads. The room was spacious and had expresso and a tea kettle. Our host even gave us fresh oranges from his orchard.

  Disliked: We liked everything though larger cups for tea would have been nice.

  great place to wake up in

  Liked: great view, authentic experience.

  Disliked: at first we were in the old house it was very authentic, but it was to cold, the fireplace wasn’t enough only go there in the summer, when they moved us to the suite it was warmer and we could bath and enjoy the place.

  Wonderful and I would return

  Liked: The property is in a very quite location with great views. The rooms are large and very clean. They have black out windows which meant I sleep so soundly every night. Fernando the host is fabulous! It helps to have a car if staying here, but it is not a must.
