  Excellent location, great value for 5 adults

  Liked: Great location only 6-7 minutes walk from the train station. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely terrace/balcony area to sit and relax. Our host was excellent. He drove me to and from a large supermarket on our arrival and booked any taxi transport throughout our stay.

  Disliked: I would rather thicker, more supportive pillows.

  Perfect place to rest after a day of riding

  Liked: Pedro was there in two minutes to let us in. We parked our motorcycles outside the front door. The house is clean, with two bedrooms and both with ensuites. Great showers. Perfect location. We could not have found better. And Pedro was very kind.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

  Liked: Very easy and friendly contact with Diogo. We were afraid to arrive late for the check-in due to our flight, and it has been offered to us a flexible way on getting the keys. Very appreciate!! Everything was as expected, and we enjoyed very much the café close by (5 min walk).

  Great base for our Douro visit

  Liked: Good location - Close to town, restaurants, & river. Small unit but great for the three of us. Packed with facilities - washer/dryer, a/c, full kitchen. Pedro friendly & helpful (even though we arrived late!) Train line across road - had been worried about noise but trains only run during day
