  The town of Pinhão & the Douro valley was spectacular

  Liked: Location was good, you could see the upgrades they had done to the apartment. The just was so very nice,

  Disliked: Was under the impression that the washer was in the unit. It was outside by the host apartment. Felt very ackward as we would have liked to do a load of laundry, but we arrived at dark.

  Charming apartment with beautiful plants & a sparkling clean pool!

  Liked: Excellent location, charming property. The rooftop has a pool & multiple chaise lounges which we used daily. There were friendly black cats & a couple of adorable dogs. We would definitely stay there again!

  Disliked: it was all perfect. Take note of the steep stairs but that is the same everywhere in Portugal.

  Liked: Loved the pool with views over the valley. Walking distance to everything. Parking on street which worried us. But no issues. Air con in bedrooms was great as hot still in October.

  Disliked: Just be aware that steps up to accommodation if you have bags or mobility issues. We had both but took our time and managed.

  Liked: The apartments are very comfortable, cosy, clean and in a very good location. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and was a huge advantage.
