  Wonderful!

  Liked: Great property in a superb location with spectacular views over the Douro Valley and it’s vineyards. The host, Tânia, was particularly helpful and made every effort to enable us to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend.

  Beautiful place to stay for a few days. Peaceful and out of the busy little town

  Liked: Beautiful location and views. Tania the hostess was very friendly and welcoming (we were delayed by lunch …) and very helpful (her restaurant recommendation was great). Sauna and gym a necessity with all the good food and wine eaten!

  Disliked: Stairs to bedroom are a bit tight if you need to take a lot of luggage up. Main windows need a clean … to better enjoy the view from inside. If you are not used to it, the drive up is quite steep and you do meet cars coming the other way … all part of the fun.

  Stunning views in a comfortable space with hospitable host!

  Liked: Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The view was jaw-dropping in the late afternoon when we arrived. The breakfast was fresh, new ingredients to play with each morning. The comfort of the rooms and other spaces (dining, porch, fitness area) were all perfection for our two nights. Tania was so easy to communicate with, popped over several times when we needed something.
