  Pool and garden was best part of stay. Lack of attention with other things

  Liked: Pool and grounds were lovely. About mile from downtown river.

  Disliked: - No reception - Sign at what we thought was entrance to property shows arrow going left but there was no entrance. Another house was there. We walked down narrow road and found it. - Had to walk property to find someone to ask how to check on. - Had to ask about pool towels - Was told there was food in fridge for us but there wasn’t. Thanks for the food when it was brought. - Lady Rosa I believe was kind to show us how to use washer. - Lack of attention - Felt like they don’t rent out much and have let things slide.

  Liked: This is a beautiful setting, surrounded by vineyards with a few maisonnettes/lodgings for accomodation in an old style farmhouse/converted outbuildings. There was lots of places to explore on the grounds, with a pool and 2 separate BBQ areas, you can easily spend the day relaxing at the accomodation, you can feel the history of the land with old stone monuments. It was very quiet, rustic and peaceful. The main lady who checked us in worked extremely hard and was very pleasant, bringing us some fresh fruit, a welcome hamper and bread rolls and croissants every morning. The property was also very clean with everything you needed. The location is ideal to walk into Pont de Lima, just 10 minutes on the main road or about 25 minutes if you go through the vineyards to walk along the river.

  Disliked: There was nothing not to like we would like to come back again in the future.

  Excellent all-round

  Liked: If you are reading this review to convince you whether or not to make a booking: don't read any further. Book it directly! It won't disappoint. This accommodation is absolutely stunning. It was chosen as the set for a Portuguese movie, "Una quinta portuguesa", and you can directly see why. Everything is just so pretty here. It's giving paradise 💅🏻 Moreover, it is very quiet, the hosts are so so kind, the facilities (swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, playhouse for the kids) are all outstanding, there is a Lidl supermarket nearby (5 min walk), the town Ponte de Lima is very cute and there is more than enough to do in the neighborhood. Exceptional. Just book it, you won't regret it.

  Charming apartment in a beautiful location

  Liked: Fantastic location just a 15 minute walk into the beautiful town. Stunning scenery & the apartment was spacious, comfortable, full of charm & spotlessly clean. Rosa was a fantastic host & even provided us with a welcome basket with lots of nice produce & some lovely local wine. There is a beautiful swimming pool with fantastic views over the vineyard & surrounding hills.

  We loved our stay at the Quinta. We will stay there again if we go back to Ponte de Lima

  Liked: We liked the location, the size of the rooms, and that everything was very clean. We loved the basket with breakfast items on our first day and fresh bread everyday; it was a wonderful surprise. Rosa was very friendly.

  Liked: Very nice property, located in a country area surrounded by farms. The property was beautiful and well kept, and the restaurant was great. Staff was wonderful. The only drawback is that it’s not near anything else, so you’ll need to drive 20-25 minutes to a store or other restaurants.
