Not worrh the money and not 4 star value

Liked: Property is outdated, the staff is is very friendly, only positve comment

Disliked: The rooms need better cleaning and repair. Shower head leaked, the tub did not drain even though I suggested they fix them they were not attended. Breakfast service was slow, they would not clear tables or bring cutlery ti let other guest sit

Liked: Staff at the restaurantes, they do there best knowing they were all under training (at least it seemed)

Disliked: Reception staff, no room service to clean the room, bad smelly towles and the only available time was at 22h. Noisy hotel at night on the arrive of more people from the late flights

  Great hotel with lovely view

Liked: Great for one nights stay, we booked last minute as our flight landed on Porto santo instead of Madeira but it suited us fine. The view was great from the pool.

Disliked: Only minus was the lack of facilities in off season (April) we couldn’t get coffee or breakfast in the mornings. There was also a dead pigeon in our garden which wasn’t cleared.
