  Wonderful place we will be back

  Liked: Wonderful place feels adult luxury whilst having everything you need for under 5s. Excellent staff especially in the kids club.

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sagres with our family! It’s a wonderful place for a family holiday, with everything you could need all in one place. There were plenty of activities and things for the kids to do, which made it really easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We also loved the convenience of having a supermarket on site, along with all the other amenities and facilities. It meant we didn’t really need to leave the hotel unless we wanted to! The food was great, the facilities were excellent, and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. With so much available for children and families, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a holiday where the whole family can have fun without having to worry about organising too much. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for a family getaway

  Disliked: A couple of things could be improved. We are originally from Brazil and now live in England, so as we were staying in Sagres, Portugal, we were expecting to be able to speak Portuguese during our stay. However, most of the staff we interacted with could only speak English. Of course, this wasn’t a problem in terms of communication, but it did feel a little strange — almost as if we hadn’t really left England! One suggestion would be to have small language flags on staff name badges to indicate which languages they speak. This would make it easier for guests to know who they can communicate with in their preferred language. We also found that booking activities and restaurants, as well as finding out what was happening at the hotel, wasn’t always very straightforward. A more user-friendly app with all the activities, schedules, restaurant bookings and information in one place would make the experience much easier for families. These are relatively small points, but improving them would make an already good family experience even better.
