  Liked: An absolutely delightful place, beautifully decorated with impeccable taste and attention to detail. The house has a warm, charming atmosphere and is the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and escape the daily routine. The breakfast was delicious, offering a lovely selection of fresh juices, sweet treats, and savoury options, including little sandwiches and mini croissants. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations on places to visit. When I realised I didn’t have a beach umbrella, they even kindly lent me one. A truly lovely stay in a charming and relaxing setting. I would definitely recommend it!

  Lovely, peaceful stay with great host

  Liked: Lovely, tranquil location. Wonderful, helpful host, gorgeous resident kitty (Meco), generous, tasty breakfast under the trees, next to the water feature. Nice, various areas to relax in the garden or around the pool. Room and shower were good, with nice little patio.

  Wonderful stay, incredibly calm and beautiful garden and rooms

  Liked: The place is gorgeous! The garden is beautifully maintained, very peaceful, and a wonderful place to relax. Breakfast was prepared in boxes that you could take to your room or enjoy in the garden. It included several types of cheese and cold cuts, butter, jam, fresh pastries and croissants, fresh chopped fruit, and fresh fruit juice every day. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The pool was very clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds available in different parts of the garden, so it was always easy to find a quiet spot to relax. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. Sesimbra is close by and easily accessible by taxi or bus. It is also a great place to stay if you want to visit the beautiful Praia da Mijona and Praia da Ribeira do Cavalo. Overall, a beautiful, calm, and relaxing place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy nature and the beaches around Sesimbra.

  Disliked: Not much, except for some very minor issues with the slow shower drain

  Private peaceful get away

  Liked: Lovely private, peaceful area with loads of nature. Very nice small pool, that we had to ourselves for the whole day. Really helpful receptionist. There is a lot of cups/ glasses/ coffee, etc available.

  Disliked: Some of the toilet facilities could be improved. Location is very remote so if you don’t have a car taxis are required, and they take a while to arrive.

  A really beautiful stay

  Liked: Beautiful and remote, really felt like a little oasis. Our room was small but comfortable and clean, nestled away in the trees felt like a real escape. Breakfast was quaint and staff also provided some great recommendations for the local area.
