Liked: The close proximity to the beach.
Disliked: The apartment was very dated, the bathrooms in particular could really do with a makeover, and the sick didn't drain well. The floor was very dirty, I washed and vacuumed the floor, but it really needs a hand wash on my hands and knees. Our socks were absolutely filthy from walking on it. I thought it was very overpriced. I was expecting a more modern accommodation. It was most definitely not soundproof!!! I heard everything from upstairs and downstairs from the baby crying to an early morning alarm waking me up. The lift going up and down was constant.
