We will be back to try that salt water pool!

Liked: A lovely old Portuguese manor house in a quiet location.

Disliked: Sadly the whole Air-con system had packed up & the Owners agreed it was not suitable for a comfortable stay, so agreed to cancel & refund our booking. Very honourable people. Thank you.

Had a good stay in a place that was in a perfect li ation for me

Liked: It was in a good location, close to all the locations that I had to visit. Set in a secure setting.

Disliked: TV in the room could have been a bit larger, but other than that all was good.

I would definitely return to this little paradise corner

Liked: Everything: from the stylish decoration, to the swimming pool, the garden and the silence around the property and the sympathetic hosts.

Great pool, ideal location, very friendly hosts

Liked: Great location near to the centre of the city, it was only about 20 mins walk to Feira de Sao Mateus which meant we didn't have to find the parking anywhere. The pool was a great size and very well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The decor of the whole place was amazing too, very traditional and cultural. Shower had great water pressure! Communication via WhatsApp made everything much easier, and the owners of the Quinta were very lovely with everyone.

Disliked: My room in particular had issues with the A/C but the hosts were kind enough to apologise and find a solution with me (all other rooms were fine). The TVs are quite small, so don't expect much room entertainment, go outside and explore Viseu! There was not a breakfast option, but the kitchen provided was of good size and had a lot of stuff you could use to make your breakfast, however, it's best to just go outside and visit a local "pastelaria" and have some nice Portuguese pastries.
