Disliked: I made the reservation online for July 28th and 29th and paid online on the 26th. I received a message saying that check-in could be later. I arrived at 11 PM and knocked on the door several times, but no one answered. I slept outside for four hours and, when dawn broke, spent the night at a friend's house. After that, they started apologizing and promised to refund my money. The service was terribleA lady from their staff came in the morning and started saying sorry. After that, they also cancelled my reservation from my own phone and told me that you will get a refund within a week. They also did not give me any refund. So when I asked them for a refund, the lady said that the refund would be given within a week. Later, after a week, I messaged them and they said that the refund is available on Booking.com and we cannot give it.They have not even returned my minar fund yet. These are the circumstances. Who will go to them for further action? I will ask them and other people to be aware. Please do not visit here.
