Fabulous
Disliked: Very difficult to park. You can "hunt" free parking spaces in the apt blocks around the hotel or use an official parking about 800m away. Not ideal

Convenient spot to explore a great city
Liked: Great value hotel, very central. Super short walk from the main train station. Everywhere we needed to go during our stay (restaurants, shopping, parks) was within a 20 minute walk. Simple, clean room.
Disliked: No major complaints. While centrally located, the hotel IS surrounded by roadways so we heard a little bit of street noise, people conversing outside, but nothing too disruptive.
Would stay here again
Liked: The location was good. About a 45 minute walk to the old historic area, and a 15 minute walk to the train station. We took several taxis and they were easy to find.. The hotel is located in a nice area, but it is bounded by major roads. The train station is under construction and the exit is through a parking lot which dumped us onto a side street. Had we been able to exit through the front of the station we'd have been able to get to the hotel via a city street that goes over the highways. This was all clear once we got to the hotel -thanks to a resident who asked us if we were lost. Once we got to the hotel we didn't have problems finding it again. We took several taxis that day and they were plentiful. Our room was spacious and everything worked. The A/C was good. The beds had good pillows. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was high quality and reasonably priced. Dinner was mostly Gallaecian specialties. Breakfast was bakery dark breads and rolls, meats, cheese, pastries, eggs, cereal and yoghurt. There was available brewed coffee as well as a machine to make specialty coffee. We arrived about 10:30 a.m. and the front desk was very nice about storing our luggage so we could site see. We checked out about 10a.m. the next day and they kept our luggage until our 3:50 train.
Disliked: We were not unhappy with anything about this hotel. It was a nice place to stay for a quick visit.
