Fabulous
Nice hotel by a shopping mall and free parking
Liked: - Location is great if you are traveling by car. It’s next to a large shopping mall, so a Mercadona and IKEA are there as cheap and convenient food options. We liked it a lot. Also free parking - overall very nice room, lots of space in the bathroom for toiletries (I appreciate this!), sockets
Disliked: - The AC was said to only work with closed windows. We closed the window, the AC was running but didn’t cool the room. We turned back and resorted to open windows. - the blanket was too hot, we just removed it

A wonderful experience
Liked: The Staff was wonderful. Isabel helped me with a non-hotel related issue. She went all the way to help me and that made a big impression on me in regard to customer service. I give the staff an A+ for customer service. The location was safe and I felt comfortable about my surroundings. The room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: No courtesy water, and it's a little far away from the center of the old city and the bus station. The Uber ride cost me about 18 Euros round trip to the bus station.
Could be better
Liked: Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The lack of a water boiler, coffee, tea and drinking water in the room is a major contribution for a lower rating of the hotel.
