  City is Nice, but the place we States was not

  Liked: No body delivered the Keys. One bed was in the Room, we requested 2 beds and they replied that was done. I found a bug inside the bed and we have to check for more bugs. No INTERNET/wifi available and a tv that did not work.

  Disliked: Better assistanse, a INTERNET availability and better cleaning and checking bed with bugs.

  Disliked: Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of a simple refund. Because of problems with the room I originally booked, I was moved to a smaller and cheaper room. I was explicitly told that the €20 price difference would be refunded. When I followed up, the property confirmed in writing that they were aware of the refund and that the matter had been forwarded to their finance department. I was even told that the €20 would most likely be sent that same day. The refund never arrived. I contacted them again several days later, politely asking for an update. My message was simply ignored, and I received neither the money nor any explanation. This is not really about €20 — it is about keeping a promise and treating guests properly. If a property confirms that a refund is due, promises to process it, and then stops responding, it seriously damages trust. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this property. Guests should be aware that resolving even a small financial issue may become unnecessarily difficult.

  Liked: Private room was nice and The bathroom had everything we needed.

  Disliked: The front door was difficult to open. We would have appreciated a note that we had to lift the door up for the key to work.

  Liked: Very nice place, with 3 common bathrooms, a smaller and bigger kitchen. I didn't meet a staff, but the communication was clear. Close to Camino, 500m from grocery store, nice location. Clean, simple room, has everything, what needed. I recommend this place to stay.
