  This lovely clean and spacious apartment was perfect for our short stay and our host was excellent

  Liked: Excellent location in the Puerto de las Nieves area of Agaete. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with good facilities, nice hot shower and secure underground parking in a quiet block. Our host (José) was proactive and friendly with all arrangements and in providing restaurant recommendations.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment as it was perfect for our short stay. For longer stays, a few extras like cleaning/laundry products and basic condiments (salt and pepper), would be an added bonus. Note: not an issue for us as we travel light, but the apartment is up a few flights and stairs and there’s no lift.

  Ideal location and well appointed apartment

  Liked: We loved our stay here. The kitchen is really well appointed, the bed comfy and the fridge cold. Easy access to SPAR, restaurants and the rock pool.

  Disliked: The Rooster is still large and in charge.

  Great value for a spacious, comfortable and convenient base to explore the area

  Liked: Fantastic location close walking distance to beach, restaurants, hikes, large Spar (grocery), and Agaete’s attractions. Secure underground parking. Host-owner is very responsive, welcoming, and helpful. Get José to tell you his two top restaurant recommendations.

  Disliked: Fine for us but some guests may find the stairs hard - apartment is on 3rd floor, no elevator.

  Lovely place to spend time and explore the Anaga

  Liked: I really liked this apartment, spotless clean, excellent parking (otherwise major issue in Agaete) and the other tenants in the house seem to be retirees from the peninsula so it was really nice and quiet at night. Northern Gran Canaria is overlooked by many visitors which is a shame
