Liked: We had a fantastic and positively memorable week staying here! From our very first day of getting to the location we were met and greeted by the hosts with warmth and friendliness like no other! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The location and views outside the accommodation are breathtaking and the location of the property is quiet, peaceful and serene. The Farm tour was such a pleasant and beautifully nostalgic one for us as we were amazed at the range of tropical fruits, flowers and trees that are there! We even saw some fruits, flowers and trees which also grow in the Caribbean, that we used to enjoy years ago and we were so happy to see them again in Agaete on this Farm and we were able to enjoy eating anything we wanted from the Farm which was amazing!! The wider area has plenty to see and places to visit and the hosts made sure and happily went out of their way to let us know where the wonderful visit sites were including where to go for shopping, food, day trips etc nothing was too big or too small an ask of them which was truly appreciated! We are looking forward to staying here again and have already recommended this place to friends.

Located in a beautiful valley and a perfect base for our walking holiday

Liked: Located in a beautiful, untouristy valley. A great base for our walking holiday with one of our routes starting next to the property! Thanks to our host for the tour round the fruit farm and the welcome pack in the fridge.

    Rural comfort

Liked: Welcome package in the fridge, well equipped (actually everything from spices for cooking, toaster, even thumble dryer), welcome fruits from the owners local farm, guided tour at the owners farm (it was amazing!), and last but not least calm surrounding close to nature and many hiking trails

An authentic Canarian experience in a beautiful valley

Liked: Loved the welcoming host, little gifts, farm tour, all the necessities, cleanliness, great views, all the authentic, historical little things that one can get in touch with by simply walking around the house or town. If you enjoy a rural feel with all of its sights and sounds this place is very enjoyable.

Disliked: Roads in the area can be windy and steep, one needs to have decent driving skills but this is very common for most places on the island. Keep in mind, North of the island is more beautiful and lush because there's more moisture and slightly cooler than South - make plans to dress appropriately for the mornings and evenings.

    Amazing, won’t recommend it enough!

Liked: The property is just at the beginning of the Camino Tamadaba trail, in a beautiful valley. The apartment is very big and well organised, clean and with all the facilities you might need. The host was just amazing, they provide us with fresh fruit coming from their farm just across the gate, welcome pack was exceeding the expectations and communication was great. The location is just perfect if you love hiking and a peaceful holidays. Will be surely back!

Relaxing rural retreat, amazing views, 15mins from the sea, welcoming hosts

Liked: Lovely location in the hills above Agaete. Family owned. Walking track up into the hills directly behind the house. Lots of lovely fruit from their small holding - able to wander through the trees and pick what we liked as well as been given some on arrival and again during our stay. Very welcoming hosts - friendly and quick to respond to any queries/requests

Disliked: Possibly needed a bit more hot water at times
