Great location for walks to Puerto de Las Nieves

Liked: Overall the location and underground secure parking were tops. The apartment is up-to-date and offers comfortable accommodations. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Disliked: Upon first arrival, the exterior grounds and apartment complex are worn down and dirty - seems to be common in the Canaries. Once you get in the apartment, the visuals improve. The very small water heater requires you to stagger hot water usage and take very short (3-4 min) showers.
