  Nice place but difficult communication and irresponsible hosts

  Liked: Very nice view from the balcony which itself was quite specious. Apartment bright and cozy, kitchen quite well equipped.

  Disliked: The most frustrating aspect of our stay — and arguably the most important — was the communication with the hosts. All contact was handled through a WhatsApp chatbot, which made it difficult and often frustrating to get any meaningful assistance. On the day of our arrival, there was no electricity at the property. I repeatedly followed the same troubleshooting steps provided remotely, but the issue remained unresolved. We were left without power throughout the night and for half of the following day, during which I was again asked to repeat the exact same steps as before You can imagine how inconvenient this was after a full day of travel — with no way to charge devices or store food in the fridge. While this situation alone was disappointing, what made it significantly worse was the lack of accountability. The hosts did not offer any compensation on their own initiative. When I requested a refund, I received no response for several days, only to have my request eventually rejected. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend staying here.

  Liked: Spacious, good location, nice balcony with good views of the sea.

  Disliked: The bedclothes and pillows were highly perfumed. I replaced the pillow case with my own and it became perfumed. We found the perfume overwhelming. Also some of the pillow protectors were not clean.

  A lovely view and pleasant stay

  Liked: Fantastic view and balcony was lovely. The kitchen was fine and plenty of utensils and equipment.

  Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom was cold. The couch could do with a good clean. The tv was too far away to watch comfortably from the couch. A lot of water was coming out on the floor from the shower.

  Great views but very disappointing service and Chatbot

  Liked: The view from the balcony is clearly the selling point of the property. On a clear day we were able to see Mount Teide. The view from the pool is equally spectacular. The rooms and the bathroom are reasonably spacious. We were happy with the decor and the location of the property.

  Disliked: We had read other reviews about the poor experienced quality of the service. We did not think that we would mind but we quickly discovered that it indeed affected our stay. Communicating with a chatbot was frustrating. The communication was patchy and misleading, starting from the arrival instructions and missing towels that took multiple attempts and days to be delivered. We never got the full set. There were quite a few smaller nagging issues. It seems that only the bare minimum was provided in the kitchen e.g. 4 mugs and 4 small and large plates (the same applies to the cutlery) for an apartment that can host 4 people. In our view this does not correspond to the advertised high standard of the property and was quite inconvenient. Similarly, there is very little space to dry clothes if one intends to wash more than 5 T-shirts and some underwear at a time. There were no detergents provided for the laundry. This was standard in all the other properties were we stayed. The bed in the master bedroom is on the small side with a hard and noisy mattress. The swimming pool is fabulous to look at but during our stay it was practically impossible to use. The water was not heated and, as a result, freezing. We swam in the pool once and caught a nasty cold soon afterwards. It is super easy to get locked out of the apartment with strong winds and an auto lock, which can cause great inconvenience. Should you accidentally leave the keys in the lock and close the door, a lock replacement is required at a cost of 300 Euros.

  Great appartment with a stunning view! Just the service is very poor

  Liked: Million dollar view from the terrace! Appartment located in a quite neighborhood while still easy to reach the natural pools and restaurants. Swimming pool is a very nice feature as well as parking spot in a garage.

  Disliked: We were really disappointed with the service. We’ve asked for additional dishwasher pills (as we got only 2 for 5 days stay) and toilet paper - the immediate response was „no problem”, but a few minutes later it turned out that it actually is a very big problem… we received a long message explaining that this is their standard amount and their policy doesn’t allow them to give us more of those supplies. Long story short, they’ve zero flexibility for customers requests
