  Good location and comfortable apartment, but instructions for entering were challenging & not clear

  Liked: Quiet location. Spacious apartment. Clean and functional. Twenty five minute walk down to the harbour and the restaurants.

  Disliked: It was like playing a breakout room to get access to the flat. We had to sign an electronic document, and then also pay a deposit before the door PIN was sent to us. I was lucky to have opened the email while I was on the plane so that I could pay the deposit on time. It was dusk when we arrived, and the instructions for entering were not clear-- perhaps a more concise translation from Spanish to English would have helped us understand what we needed to do to gain access. We tried to contact the manager through Booking.com several times, but did not get any reply. There were no instructions/guidance about the flat. We had to contact the property managers (whoever they were) to get information about the wifi. We only discovered on the last day that there were sun loungers/beach chairs tucked away in a cupboard on the terrace. There were no chairs by the terrace, so we didn't even try to use the pool or the surrounding area. We are STILL WAITING to have the DEPOSIT RETURNED to us.

  Beautiful apartment for a stay in Agaete

  Liked: The big glass doors, balcony with sliding slatted screens together with amazing views makes this property a fantastic choice in Agaete. It’s often (very!) windy but the balcony is usually windless as it faces SW. great sunset views. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation.

  Disliked: Pool looked very inviting but was cold (February)
