  Beautiful room

  Liked: The room was beautiful! With a balcony view to the river. Very comfortable and cozy. Wish we could stay for more than 1 night.

  Nice hotel over all but we had a couple bad experiences during our stay

  Liked: Good location. Specious room. Friendly staff.

  Disliked: On the second night a Bat was flying room despite all the windows were closed all day. My sister had to call reception and they were able to catch the bat. However my sister spent horrible night. Also the toilet had running water constantly every few minutes all the time. I reported to the receptionist the first morning. However they were not able to fix it and they offered me an extra room to sleep on the second room.

  Modern, lovely hotel in great location

  Liked: Great location, modern and well decorated. Lovely staff. Great cafe and bar. Lovely views. Close to shops and 10 min walk up steps to old town. Easy to park hire car and got a free space most days. Local car parks very close by to hotel.

  Disliked: Nothing, all good.

  Great motorbike parking

  Liked: A lovely apartment within a hotel, well located within Ainsa's new town. Perfect secure motorbike parking within a garage under the hotel. Great staff, good cafe/bar.

  Disliked: The evening menu looked appetising, but was very average. In an apartment a washing machine would have been nice (but we knew from the description that there wasn't one).
